Dr. Joseph E. Marshall brings over a decade of communications and marketing experience to the organization with a proven record of not only successfully aligning the goals of organizations with their internal and external audiences, but also effectively targeting stakeholders with innovative, engaging campaigns. In addition to his work furthering the mission of the Urban Sports League, Dr. Marshall serves as the Senior Communications Lead for the Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Develop. Prior to his tenure as a federal contractor, he was Department Chair and Associate Professor of English at Stevenson University.
